After payment, you will have an account with us. Then you can submit your task via email or portal, explaining your requirements, and it will get forwarded to our video editors.
Your dedicated Editor will take that task from there, and you will see it going through different phases of editing, Assign → Editing → Quality check → Submission to you.
As soon as our editor is done with your video, you will get an email from our system with a download link to the video. Then you can ask for any revisions you’d like using the timestamp.
You will have direct access to your editor through email. You can communicate from your email account, through which you will sign up, or you can do it from the MyTasker portal.
Yes, we do color grade.
Yes, we can. We can include your B-roll or we can add b roll and music from online stock footage. All you have to do is request it. That is also included in each of our plans.
No, there is no limit; you can send us any size or length. However, the turnaround time might take longer due to larger file sizes since the downloading and uploading of huge file sizes might take some time.
Our editors work on Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Audition. This is another thing that separates us from our copycats and allows us to include way better CTA’s, callouts, and other animations.
Your dedicated editor will follow all your branding guidelines and make sure to make your videos better than your current ones. However, in some specific cases, we might require your original project file for materials you have used before.
It means no complex 3D animations or VFX from scratch. We can’t create the footage for your project from scratch. We will provide text animations, 2D explainers, and calls to action.
Yes, we can resize videos according to your preference. Standard 16:9 format, Instagram feed video 1:1 or 1080x1080, and Portrait mode 9:16.
Our editors are trained on how to do this, and it’s really our secret sauce. We know you only want clips where you look your best, and that’s exactly what we’re going to include. This objective eye helps to improve the quality of your final videos. We also ask you all the right questions in your on-boarding process to learn what you’re looking for, and then we will take that and improve upon it. Remember, we offer unlimited revisions as well, so if there is ever a small change you want made, we can do that.
