  • All day & night monitoring: Our Virtual Assistants (VAs) work under 24/7 CCTV camera surveillance and every work desk (computer) is monitored by our IT Department.

    Apart from that, if you want any IT assistance or surveillance for your company, our technicians are always there to assist you.

  • Your password is safe with us: As far as “User ID and Password” sharing is concerned, we have our own “Web Login” portal. We request our clients to share their credentials through that portal. Nobody can ever see your password while performing any task as it displays in an encrypted form.

Special Support

  • Backup/Substitute Support: We provide backup support if you hire any of our VAs to work exclusively for you. If that person quits the company or falls ill, the backup VA is always there to work for you. In this way, your work will never have to suffer.

    Apart from this, we prepare instruction videos and SOPs (workflow documents) for all our recurring tasks. We build a highway for the long business journey.
